Criteria for Referral:

We're currently welcoming referrals exclusively from the West Midlands. The property should align with our requirements, passing our application process to ensure it meets Good Living's exemplary standards.

How does it work?

1. Introduce a property owner to Good Living.

2. Once they sign up, their property undergoes our application process.

3. After the property is approved and a minimum 3-year lease contract is signed, wait for the initial 3 months of the contract to pass.

4. Post this period, receive your referral bonus directly to your bank account.
   

What are the requirements?

The property must be suitable for our needs and pass our application process and we are currently we are accepting referrals in the West Midlands only. This ensures that the property aligns with Good Living's standards and allows us to provide unparalleled living experiences.

Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program:

1. Eligibility: The Good Living Referral Program is open to all individuals aged 18 and over. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Good Living are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Bonus: Referrers will earn a bonus of £100 for every room in a successfully referred property. Payments will be made directly to the referrer's bank account after the initial 3 months of the signed lease contract have passed.

3. Property Approval: All referred properties must undergo and pass the Good Living application process. Good Living reserves the right to reject any property that does not meet its standards or requirements.

4. Payment Terms: Referral bonuses will be paid post the initial 3 months of a minimum 3-year lease contract. This is to ensure the commitment of the property owner and the suitability of the property.

5. Multiple Referrals: In the event that a property is referred by multiple individuals, the referral bonus will be awarded to the first referrer whose referral reached Good Living.

6. Termination: Good Living reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

7. Disputes: Any disputes arising out of the referral program will be resolved by Good Living at its sole discretion.

8. Confidentiality: All personal information collected during the referral process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the referral program constitutes the referrer's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
